The location in the heart of the Black Forest offers a serene and peaceful setting. the sound of the nearby water stream adds to the tranquility. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a much-needed retreat after a day of exploring. the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast served is delicious and satisfying. the hotel also offers convenient facilities such as luggage storage and a lift.
The hotel lacks room service which could have enhanced the overall experience.

The location within the Black Forest was absolutely stunning. Being surrounded by nature and having the peaceful sound of the water stream right next to the hotel was a true delight. The spaciousness of the room was also great, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind.
the non-availability of room service and 24-hour exception was quite inconvenient, especially when you wanted a late-night snack or a hot beverage. the absence of a lift made it difficult to navigate the hotel, especially with heavy luggage.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location within the Black Forest was breathtaking, surrounded by nature and offering incredible views. The peace and quietness were exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. The hotel's proximity to a water stream created a soothing atmosphere. The spaciousness of the room was impressive, providing ample space to move around and store my belongings. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was nice, with a Black Forest view and a serene water stream experience. the room was spacious with ample space for our Christmas decorations.
We were very disappointed with the absence of room service, 24-hour exceptions, luggage storage, and even a lift.
